Note: International shipping times generally increase during the holiday season, particularly from mid-November to Christmas.

New Zealand Courier Services:

  • North Island: Overnight
  • South Island: 1-2 days
  • Rural Areas: Add 1 day

Shipping Methods

International Shipping Options:

  • Airmail: Standard shipping globally. Not insured or tracked. Missing airmail parcels will be investigated, but this method is at your own risk. The risk of loss is low.

  • Free Airmail: Available for orders over NZ$100 within New Zealand or over $200 overseas (excludes food and certain large/expensive items that require courier shipment). Note that this option is at your risk, with no insurance or tracking.

  • Tracked Airmail: Standard global airmail with basic tracking (shipped, arrival in the destination country, delivery). Not insured, and at your own risk, but the chance of loss is minimal.

  • Economy Courier: Priority shipping worldwide via local postal authorities. Can be shipped to PO Boxes, insured, and includes comprehensive tracking.

  • Express Courier: The quickest option using couriers like DHL, FedEx, and TNT. Insured, with comprehensive tracking. Signature required at delivery; not available for PO Boxes.

New Zealand Domestic Shipping:

We utilize both Courierpost and NZ Couriers for local deliveries.

Order Processing Times

Orders generally take 1 business day to process and 1 additional business day for packing. If an item is temporarily out of stock, restocking may take up to 1 weeks; we will inform you of any significant delays.

All orders are shipped from Tauranga, New Zealand. After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folders if you don't see it. Verify that your address, as well as the recipient's (for gifts), is entered correctly. We are not responsible for address errors. Should a parcel be returned, we can reship it at your expense, or provide a refund for the goods only.

You will receive a shipping notification, usually including tracking information.

Taxes and Duties

International orders (outside New Zealand) may incur import duties and taxes, including VAT, upon reaching the destination country. NZ Originals is not liable for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.
